"The love for writing about mermaids has always captivated my imagination, drawing me into a world of endless possibilities and enchantment. I loved reading Greek and Roman Mythology and mermaids were part of that. Exploring the depths of their mythical existence allows me to delve into realms where reality and fantasy intertwine in the most mesmerizing ways. I think I'm always going to somehow incorporate mermaids in my storyline... they're just such mysterious, magical beings.
I don't stand alone though. These enigmatically captivating beings of mythology, have held a profound allure throughout history. Our fascination with them dates back to the earliest tales and alleged encounters, igniting a curiosity that persists to this day! The initial "appearance" of a mermaid in recorded history can be traced back to 1000 B.C. within Greek mythology.
The mystique that surrounds them and the symbolism they embody all serve as an irresistible canvas for my creative expressions, helping me to weave tales that reflect the beauty, and power in these enigmatic beings.
