…And for those who are new here, I would like to take a moment to introduce myself.
My name is Sofia Nova and I am a fiction/fantasy author. I would like to start off by saying, I am so grateful to call writing one of my spiritual gifts, as I am so passionate about creating exciting stories! There’s just something so exhilarating about thinking of a concept in your mind and making it come alive in a beautiful story.
With my degree in Communications, I have also worked in the field of directing, producing videos, singing and creating
...but my passion has always been writing.
My first book is called, “The Secret of Moon Lake”. This is a middle grade story about a young boy named Sam, who finds a mysterious medallion. Strange things begin to happen in the city of Moon Lake, as he unfolds the connection between the medallion and a mermaid who is trapped in the lake…
With so much invested time and dedication to writing, this story took me about three years to create. However, I am not alone in this endeavor… my mother just so happens to be an artist and created the beautiful illustrations you see throughout my book. This was a beautiful collaboration which unfolded before our eyes!
